Privacy and consent

Picked by AI is a free tool from Marketing Guardians. When you run a check, we store the business details you enter and the AI answers we collect so we can build your report. We store a one-way hash of your IP address to prevent abuse; we never store the address itself.

When you unlock a report, we store your first name, email and (optionally) phone number, and add you to our customer system so we can send you your report link and follow up about it.

The consent checkbox is always unticked by default and is optional. Your report unlocks either way. If you tick it, you agree to the following:

We record the wording and time of your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting Marketing Guardians.

About the results

AI assistants give different answers from one run to the next, so your Pick Rate is directional, not a guarantee of future recommendations.
